I grew up surrounded by the Lincolnshire countryside, and have always had a passion for capturing in paint anything that inspired me - be it a beautiful landscape, colour or even an emotion.

I worked for many years in business, only expressing my artistic tendencies in doodle form during particularly boring meetings.

​

Forty years later I’ve re-immersed myself in painting, and brush in hand am embarking on a second career.

​

I’m always looking to capture a sense of experience and place in my work - using colour, texture and marks to convey a sense of drama. 

​
